Signal Best Practices

Entry Points

Multiple Entries

Use Entry 2-3 for DCA strategy or range entries.

Realistic Prices

Set entries that are achievable, not wishful.

Risk Management

Risk:Reward Ratio = (Take Profit - Entry) / (Entry - Stop Loss)

Recommended: At least 1.5:1, preferably 2:1 or higher
Always set a stop loss. Signals without SL are rejected.

Take Profits

Multiple TP levels allow traders to:
  • TP1: Secure initial profits
  • TP2: Ride momentum
  • TP3: Maximum potential
Suggest position sizing: “50% at TP1, 30% at TP2, 20% at TP3”

Pricing Strategy

StrategyPrice RangeBest For
Entry Level$1-3New providers, building reputation
Standard$3-10Established with good win rate
Premium$10-50Top performers, high-value calls

Updating Signals

After publishing, you can update signal status:
  • Active: Currently valid
  • Hit TP: Target reached (specify which)
  • Hit SL: Stop loss triggered
  • Closed: Manually closed by provider
Timely updates are crucial for your reputation. Close signals promptly when they resolve.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

High prices with no track record = no sales. Build credibility first.
10:1 R:R signals look scammy. Keep it realistic.
“Diamond hands” isn’t a strategy. Always include SL.
Forgetting to close resolved signals damages trust.
Recommending 100x leverage is irresponsible.
